Charitable Organization Director

  Willing to relocate, Arts and culture, Education, Social service or charity agency, Religious organization
• Budgetary responsibility
  $100,001 – $500,000
• Tasks
  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Supervise, plan and administer programs of religious education
  • Provide religious education, spiritual guidance and moral support
  • Provide spiritual and moral guidance to members of a religious faith
  • Perform administrative tasks for a religious community
  • Participate in fundraising activities for charity or non-profit organizations
  • Conduct religious services
• Salary
  125,000 to 135,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 35 to 40 hours per week
